Rent
One of the biggest advantages of our fabric structures is the rental solution. We live in a changing world and when a temporary need for extra space arises at your activity, a rented fabric structure can be the perfect solution. We have fabric structures for all needs, which can easily be customised to your area of use. Our extensive experience means that we know how to optimise a solution that completely suits your circumstances.
The advantages of renting a fabric structure:
- Flexibility!
- Fast and easy financing.
- Free up capital that you can use for something else.
- The rental cost is booked directly in your income statement.
- Your balance sheet is not affected.
- Easy to budget and no difficult investment process.
The flexibility means that you during the term of the agreement can easily upgrade or expand the fabric structure. After the end of the agreement you can choose from three options:
- Return the fabric structure.
- Continue renting the fabric structure if needed.
- Buy the fabric structure at market value.
Leasing
There are many advantages to leasing and many of them are the same as renting. Simply explained, the differences lie in the rent option being more flexible and after the end of the agreement the fabric structure can be returned. Leasing is a form of financing where the basic idea is that the renter acquires the fabric structure after the end of the agreement period at a pre-determined residual value.
- Fast and easy financing.
- Free up capital.
- The entire leasing cost is deductible.
- Easy to budget for.
